1. About DigiTechPak

DigiTechPak is a multi-vendor digital marketplace based in Pakistan, offering PLR content, Canva templates, Notion templates, mockups, logo bundles, reel bundles, WordPress themes/plugins, and related digital products, along with subscription-based access plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to create an account or make a purchase.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Products & Licensing

  • Products are sold under the license type specified on each product page (Personal Use, Commercial Use, PLR/Resell Rights, or Agency/Client Use), depending on your plan.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging products outside your licensed terms is strictly prohibited.
  • Some products are supplied by third-party vendors/partners on our marketplace; DigiTechPak facilitates the transaction but individual product quality/support may vary by vendor.

5. Subscription Plans

  • Subscription plans (Basic, Freelancer Pro, Agency Elite) are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
  • Lifetime plan is a one-time payment granting ongoing access as described on the plan page.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
  • Download limits, support duration, and access levels differ by plan tier as listed on the pricing page at time of purchase.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (₨) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our approved payment gateways. DigiTechPak reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice on the website.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, and marketplace design on digitechpak.com are the property of DigiTechPak. Vendor-supplied products remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, licensed to buyers per the stated terms.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to breach site security or access other users’ accounts
  • Submit false information during registration or purchase
  • Violate any product’s licensing terms

9. Vendor/Affiliate Relationships

Vendors and affiliates operate under separate agreements (see Partner Program Terms & Conditions and Affiliate Program pages). DigiTechPak is not liable for disputes arising directly between buyers and third-party vendors, but will assist in good-faith resolution.

10. Limitation of Liability

DigiTechPak provides products and services “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform, to the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms, without prior notice, in cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
