Before you buy
- Read the description and review previews.
- Check file formats and required software.
- Read the licence, especially commercial use and resale restrictions.
- Check the price and total at checkout.
Choose the right product
Use categories to narrow down what you need: templates for editable designs, ebooks for reading, mockups for previews and plugins for compatible software. Open the individual product page before adding anything to your cart. A bundle title alone does not confirm the exact files or usage rights.
Check compatibility and licensing
Look for the file type, required app and version, whether a paid third-party account is needed, and what is included. A preview may show examples that are not included in the download. If any requirement is unclear, send support the product link before purchasing. Commercial use does not automatically include redistribution, resale or sharing with other accounts.
Complete your payment
- Review quantities and remove items you no longer need in your cart.
- Enter an accessible email address and the requested billing details.
- Read the total and select a payment method actually displayed at checkout.
- Follow that method’s instructions. For bank transfer, use the order reference and wait for payment confirmation.
Do not send money to a wallet or bank account supplied by an unsolicited message. If a method is not offered at checkout, contact support before paying elsewhere. An order acknowledgement is not always confirmation of cleared payment.
After checkout
Keep your order confirmation. When the order permits downloading, follow its download instructions or visit your account. Keep a backup of your purchased files and licence information.
